Submission Period
The submission period will begin on May 22, 2024, at 9:00 AM and will end on September 1, 2024, at 11:59 PM.

Submission Process
The submission steps are as follows:
  1. Registering on the platform and accepting the terms of use
  2. Entering team/company details and certification documents
  3. Selecting a challenge for proposal submission
  4. Completing the proposal forms
  5. Submitting supporting material and a PowerPoint presentation with the main points of the proposal

The submission language will be Greek.
Only one submission per challenge per entity is allowed.

Online Info Day
Join us at the Online Info Day on Wednesday, June 12, 2024, and learn more about the 1st Innovation Program of IPTO's Innovation Hub. What is the Program? Who is it for? How do you participate? What are the prizes? You will find the answers to these questions, as well as any information you are looking for about the competition, at the Info Day from IPTO and Mantis BI executives.

Evaluation Period
During this period, IPTO teams will review and score the proposals to select finalists.

Proposal Scoring
Proposals will be scored with the following distribution:
  1. TECHNICAL PART
  2. MANAGERIAL AND IMPLEMENTATION PART
  3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COMMERCIALIZATION PART

The five highest-scoring proposals will be invited to the final. Finalists will be notified by September 17, 2024, at 3:00 PM at the latest.
September 2 - September 15, 2024
Monday, July 22, 2024
Final
The final will take place between September 25-27, 2024 (in-person attendance of participants is recommended) at a venue and times to be announced. Each invited team will have the opportunity to present its proposal via the submitted presentation to a committee with participants from IPTO and to answer questions posed to them. Each presentation will be scored separately to determine the final score for selecting the best proposal.
